Police release images of two men after a young girl was approached in Norman Road, Ashford

A man tried to pull at a teenage girl's coat as she walked alone in South Ashford.

Police say the 14 year-old-girl was approached by two men in Norman Road at around 4.30pm last Wednesday (March 16).

Although nothing was said to the girl, one of the men tried to pull at her coat.

Scared, the young victim ran away and called for help.

Now, police have released images of the two men they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

The first suspect is described as aged in his 20s, of mixed race, with a short, muscular build.

He was wearing a bright red hooded top and a brown leather jacket over the top.

The second suspect is described as white, with a taller slim build, aged in his 20s and wearing a hooded top with a blue coat and a green flat cap. He had a moustache.
