Girl pulled into car and robbed

KENT Police are appealing for information after a 16-year-old girl was bundled into a car and robbed.

The girl's ordeal began as she was walking alone along Milton Road, Gravesend, towards Denton. The car stopped alongside her and she was pulled into it.

Several items, including a mobile phone and gold earrings, were stolen before she was pushed out of the vehicle which was then driven off.

The thug who took her belongings is described as Asian and aged between 17 and 18. He was about 5ft 5in tall.

PC Richard Debnam, the officer investigating this incident said: “Robberies of this nature are rare and as such I would urge anyone who was in this area at the time to contact the police as they may have seen something that could help our investigations.”
