Safety Net Kent League Hythe have been handed home advantage as they bid to reach the first round proper of the FA Cup for the first time in their history.

Hythe will be at home to Bury Town or Staines, who drew 2-2 in the third qualifying round on Saturday. Bury Town play in the Ryman League Premier Division while Staines, who knocked out League 2 Shrewsbury last season in the first round, ply their trade in Blue Square Bet South.

Ebbsfleet will fancy their chances of winning their fourth qualifying round match at home to Boreham Wood but Dover face a stiff examination away to Farnborough.

Bromley's reward if they get past Chelmsford in a midweek replay is a trip to Carshalton and Dartford will travel to Leiston if they can edge past Canvey Island on Tuesday night.

The ties are due to be played on Saturday, October 23.

FA Cup, fourth qualifying round draw: Carshalton v Chelmsford or Bromley, Ebbsfleet United v Boreham Wood, Farnborough v Dover Athletic, Hythe v Bury Town or Staines, Leiston v Canvey Island or Dartford (to be played October 23).
