History buffs offered trip back to Victorian times

Delve into the past on new adult learning courses

Two new courses in Medway will give keen historians the chance to discover who their ancestors were.

Researching local and family history – introducing sources and methods for researching the 18th and 19th centuries starts on Wednesday, 17 September.

The two-hour session starts at 1pm and lasts for 10 weeks. The course fee is £68.

An introduction to researching early modern Kent, using sources at Medway and elsewhere starts on 14 January (2009).
