PROMISING goalkeeper Darren Randolph has signed a two-year extension to his Charlton contract, taking him to summer 2009.

Randolph was named the club's young player of the year this season after helping loan club Accrington Stanley to the Conference championship.

He also made the Addicks first team bench against Newcastle in February and Manchester United this month.

Winger Alistair John and striker Michael Carvill, both 18, have also put pen-to-paper on professional contracts until June 2007.
