Warren Wood Primary Academy, Arethusa Road, Rochester, issues warning to parents after a suspicious vehicle is spotted nearby

Parents have been sent a warning by a primary school in Rochester after a suspicious vehicle was reportedly seen nearby.

Warren Wood Primary Academy in Arethusa Road sent out a message to parents informing them of the incident this morning.

It said: “We have been informed of a suspicious vehicle near to a school today.

"Staff have been informed and will remain vigilant at lunchtimes and at the end of the day.

“Please ensure that you collect your child on time. Unauthorised adults will need a password to pick up any children.”

The school has been contacted for a comment.
