Spooky goings on will transform an ordinary family house in Westbrook into a sinister Hallowe'en den of ghoulies, ghosties and beasties – but all for a good cause.

All those who dare are invited to step along to a transformed 45 Westbrook Avenue on October 31.

The house will be open from 4.30-10pm today (Friday). Dress code: Creepy.

It is the third and last time the Hayward family, mum and dad Judi and Jason and 10-year-old Xavier raise money through a Hallowe'en open house for the Pilgrims Hospice.

For more on why they are doing it, see this week’s Isle of Thanet Extra newspaper.
